Waffle Cabin is the "Gold Standard" when it comes to Liège waffles.  Our waffles are freshly made.

We also have superior coffee with both regular coffee (we have Light, Medium and Dark Roast available, as well as Decaf), we have a superior hot chocolate and last but not least, a really nice Hot Apple Cider (I call it "Christmas in a cup as it truly makes you think of Christmas when you smell and taste the apple cider).

What is a Liège waffle ?

A Liège waffle is made from a yeast-raised dough (not batter), it has butter in it, vanilla and last but not least, pearl sugar.  The butter gives it a rich taste, the vanilla gives it a delicate flavor, the yeast gives it flavor and the right texture and the pearl sugar is the ultimate finisher - while the pearl sugar inside the dough ball melts away to make the waffle sweet, the pearl sugar on the outside caramelizes during the baking, giving the waffle extra flavor, and makes the the outside of the waffle is crunchy while the inside is soft and chewy.  If you have never tried this, the only way to make you understand is for you to come over and try.  I promise you, we won't disappoint you !!
